Deeper insights into visitor and customer behavior

Chat Reports

We have introduced 6 new chat reports that’ll give you much more clarity and insights on chat behavior.

  1. Conversations count by Source URL: See which page you’re getting the most chats from.
  2. Conversations count by Referral URL: See the top pages that refer visitors to drive chats.
  3. Overview of Chats by OS: View the percentage of conversations initiated from different operating systems over a particular period.
  4. Overview of Chats by Devices: View the percentage of conversations initiated from different devices over a particular period.
  5. Overview of Chats by Browsers: View the percentage of conversations initiated from different browsers over a particular period.
  6. Chat Journeys Insights: The insights that are shown for each chat journey are displayed in this report.

A closer look at the performance overview

Drill downs help you take a closer look at the data and go one level deeper.

Activity Performance Overview and Deal Performance Overview reports now support drill-down.

More meaningful detail views for teams

We have added a new option of Visibility Rule in the detail view for the top action bar.

The top action bar has options for communication, logging activities, creating deals, etc.

If you want to highlight specific options based on team requirements, the visibility rule can make that happen.

So, if you want to show communication options for only leads, specifically for sales teams, that’s possible.

This offers a personalized experience to different teams based on their requirements, and other teams don’t have options that they don’t really need.

Fast-track WhatsApp communication with templates

Templates make mass communication 10X simpler and faster.

In our last update, we introduced WhatsApp integration, and now it supports template creation as well.

Whatsapp Templates

Users can create WhatsApp templates in different categories, languages, and design styles.

Once creation, the system will send your templates to Meta for approval, which typically takes 24 hours.

A minor update for better hygiene

Now, you can create folders for Email Campaign templates and manage them effectively.
